Come and See: Keeping Watch at the Edge of Epiphany
A four-week Epiphany retreat for women holding holy tension.
Wednesday Nights, January 7, 14, 21, 28 | Group Spiritual Direction + Creative Practice
Epiphany reminds us that we are always right on the edge of God being revealed and made known in our lives. It is a season of surprise, of longing, of encounter. It does not resolve our questions—it brings us to the thresholds. And that is a place of holding tension — between what has been and what is becoming, between concealment and knowing, between longing and fulfillment.
This retreat series is an creative space to keep watch together at the edges of where we need to see God. We are not here to force clarity. We are here to practice attention together.
What To Expect
Come and See is a four-week Epiphany retreat for women who are learning how to live faithfully in the in-between.
Rather than offering answers, this space offers companionship—a place to hold holy tension with care, attentiveness, and creativity.
Each gathering will gently weave together:
Listening and group spiritual direction
Reflective prompts grounded in the Epiphany lectionary
Creative prayer through mixed media and collage
No artistic experience is required. This is not about making something beautiful—it is about making space to keep watch for God.
The Shape of Our Time Together
Each retreat is two hours and follows the same gentle rhythm:
Hour One: Listening & Spiritual Direction
We will gather around a shared prompt and practice deep listening—to God, to one another, and to what is stirring within us.
Hour Two: Creative Response as Prayer
Using mixed media and collage, we will respond with our hands—creating visual prayers that hold what we are carrying and what is being revealed.

An Invitation
Epiphany teaches us that revelation often arrives quietly—
in the waiting,
in the questions,
in the ordinary moments we almost overlook.
This is a place to keep watch together.
To hold the tension.
To trust that God is already at work on the edge of what we can see.
You are warmly invited to come and see.
